Home Grown Produce

     This plan is for people with Small to Large Backyard or an improvised space to plant Produce and remember not all earning are just in form of Money, well you can earn by selling or buy growing Produce you are saved money and earn food for the table. 

     Not everyone may have the patience to start a Gardening however, this is a sure way of earning money or earning food so you do not have to spend money to buy one. Below are the steps and I want to make sure this blog would fit your needs wherever you are from the globe.

Disclaimer: I am making this blog with terms and words that would easily be understood so that you won't feel bored in reading. This is somehow "Gardening for Dummies" type of blog.

The soil

     The soil should be checked if it is crumbly loam soil that is rich with nutrients for the seed to propagate. If your soil is not rich in nutrients you can either fertilize it by creating composed pit or by adding fertilizer to the soil. Till the soil and make plots to prepare for planting.

The Plant

     Don't dream of planting rare Produce that are hard to grow in your place. You can search for some common Produce that would thrive in your place. Ex. Apple cannot grow in the Philippines, Thus Coconut tree cannot grow in places with 4 seasons. 

     If you are planning to grow produce for your own consumption you can plan on the duration how long are you going to take care of the plant. Some produce plants dies after two months while some would bear fruits after 5 years.

I would love to spend more time in placing the details about the duration, however this site can give you more in terms duration.

Taking care of the plant

     Plant should always be maintained, learn about how to prune, remove weed and making the soil is rich in nutrients for the plant. Avoid over watering the plant since microbes can rot the roots of the plant, the soil should just have the moist texture. If you are using Fertilizer avoid using it all the time, the soil becomes acidic through time and it might kill your plant instead.

     Well this is just a short discussion about planting your own produce. I hope this blog can give you one of the home based idea on planting. You can earn by Gardening it just depends on how many you plant and sell, how big is your area or how many layers can you stock produce. It depends on your innovation based on your space and time spent.
